In a move to help differently abled people reachout to professionally trained hobby trainers for holistic development, Hobbylu launched Special Needs category on International Day of Persons with Disabilities (Dec.3), thereby taking a step forward in its policy towards inclusion. The geo location based app will help users to connect with certified Special Need educationist in areas such as -- speech, communications, fitness through yoga, dance and music -- near them.
"Parents of differently abled children find it difficult to access quality certified trainers for extra curricular activities which is essential for their holistic development, at doorstep. Through our endeavour we are looking at providing easy access to quality trainers in special needs category," said Pratibha Rathore, Founder, Hobbylu -hobbies and experiences discover platform.
Within the next 6-months, the company aims to connect over 1000 trained special educators with the community seeking special needs professionals.
